Shauntelle Hoffman is not your typical accountant. Her passion for helping her clients shines through in every interaction. With nearly 20 years of experience in the industry, she has spent considerable time in the world of private industry, non-profits and as a tax professional in public practice. Growing up in Canada and immigrating to the US (twice!), she has a uniquely personal perspective for navigating international tax.

In her younger years, Shauntelle was an accomplished equestrian. As a young adult living on the edge of Yellowstone National Park, she embraced the opportunity to hike, kayak, cross-country ski, snowboard and canyoneer throughout Utah. She now lives in beautiful Sarasota County with her husband and daughter, exploring the local parks and unprecedented beaches.

Zach grew up on a farm in Southwest Minnesota where he enjoyed being outdoors and playing sports. He has a Master’s degree in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Upon graduation, he moved to Florida to escape the brutal Minnesota winters and enjoy the year-round sun. However, he missed his family and friends, making the decision to return to Minnesota in 2021.

Zach has experience in pass-through, corporate, foreign, and individual taxation

Bryce recently graduated with her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Webber International University, where she was a member of the Honors Program and Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). She also served as a captain of the women’s lacrosse team. She is now continuing her education at Florida Gulf Coast University, pursuing her Masters of Science in Accounting & Taxation.

Before coming to Florida, Bryce gained early experience in the field through an internship at a corporate accounting firm during her senior year of high school.

Outside of school and accounting, Bryce enjoys watching football, playing sports, and spending time at the beach and on the water.

Jonathan is originally from the suburbs of Chicago but followed his family to Southwest Florida. He recently graduated from the University of Dayton with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. During his time at Dayton, he gained valuable experience through internships in both public and private accounting. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys staying active by biking, grilling, and spending quality time boating on the ocean with his family. He is excited to continue growing his career while bringing dedication, reliability, and accuracy to everything he does.

Lindsay is a Maryland native with over twenty years of experience in office administration and client services. She joined White Sands Tax Solutions after relocating to Florida and currently serves as Office Manager.

She manages day-to-day office operations, supports internal workflows, and helps ensure a smooth, efficient experience for clients. Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys family time, travel, and Florida’s coastal sunsets.

With over 25 years of experience in administrative support, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to every role. Since relocating to Florida in 1991, she has built a reputation for reliability, efficiency, and a strong commitment to excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the water boating and nurturing her garden. She is a devoted wife and proud mother of a college aged son.

Beginning her career working in pharmacy, Mallory has always had a love for working with people bringing a detail-oriented, organized approach to managing financial records. She advanced to the business side of things and has years of bookkeeping experience supporting both small businesses and state government operations.

Outside of work, she is a mom of three who loves seashells, sunshine, and all Florida has to offer.
